Missing Saleem

It's a great loss to the MDP in particular and to the reform movement in the Maldives against the dictatorial regime of Gayoom in general. Late Mr Saleem was a great asset to the movement in his home place in particular and across the tiny island nation in general. He will be missed by all members of the reform movement.   In mourning his departure, we must all determine to give rest to his soul by keeping up and succeed the effort he was and we all are still making to carry out and complete the political reform with the same vigour and courage we began it years ago.   The Almighty may give us the courage to carry on with our own dedicated work of having the Maldives a full democracy WITHOUT Gayoom. May the Almighty bless the deceased and give us the courage to reach our destiny.   Ahmed
